Delivery & Lead time
Baby Grey Rockers are made to order items, our current lead time is around 8-10 weeks but we will do our best to get your rocker to you as quickly as possible. Should you be in a rush, we do occasionally keep stock of our most popular items so please get in touch via the product enquiry form.
Our standard delivery charge is £35 per rocker/rocker & footstool. We deliver to most of mainland UK, however certain postcodes will be subject to an additional surcharge. Please see below for details of post code surcharges and more information on our delivery service.
Remote or less frequented delivery locations are subject to a surcharge as below.
25% surcharge on: DD, DG, EH, G, FK, KA, ML & TD (southern/busier Scottish areas)
50% Surcharge on: AB1-AB30, DG5-9, DG13-14, FK17-19, G81-84, IV1-5, KY, PA1-19, PH1-14 (Remote area’s on the mainland)
For postcode regions AB31+, FK20-21, HS, IV6+, KW, PA20-80 & PH15 are the extremely remote area’s generally down single track roads which would take in the region of 2-3 hours to service from a major city. Some of these would require trucks to board boats etc to reach the destination. Orders in these regions are very few and may involve sub contracting delivery vehicles. Surcharges for these regions generally start from £80 and could be as high as £200.

All our rockers & footstools are covered by a 365 day manufacturer’s warranty for any faults (this does not include damage, general wear and tear or fabric stains).
