Earrings, JewelleryIllustrating the familiar tale of superstition evoked by the magpie, these designer 18ct yellow gold stud earrings depict the iconic ‘Two for Joy’ birds perched on silver branches. Both studs exhibit subtle contrasting areas of satin relief and high polish, and are complete with secure with silver/rubber push on stopper earring backs. Magpies are renowned for collecting anything that sparkles; jewels, keys and the like, but are also truly fascinating sentient beings that mate for life. This narrative pair of studs has an emotive edge celebrating unity and love between two free spirited wild beings. They contain a certified hallmark from the Birmingham Assay Office England and are ethical in their materials and production, including the branded eco packaging.
