Directions To start off your bath or shower, massage gently with circular movements onto dry skin for a deeper scrub or onto wet skin for a more delicate exfoliating feel, with particularly attention to elbow, knees and heels. Rinse thoroughly while enjoying your bath or shower, preferably just with water.
